Coaching For Success
This workshop is designed for experienced Managers and Supervisors who provide coaching to employees. Participants will be involved in a variety of training methodologies, individual exercises, lecture and group discussions, and be given tools for their coaching sessions.
By the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to effectively explain the basic elements and conduct an effective coaching session, including follow up and planning next steps. Participants will be better able to motivate and develop confidence, trust and competencies in the people they are coaching. They will have an opportunity to receive constructive feedback.
