Training the Trainer - How to Go From Ho Hum to Superb!
This workshop is designed to provide occasional trainers with the basic knowledge and skills to effectively present subject matter in which they have expertise. Participants will be involved in a variety of training methodologies, individual exercises, lecture and group discussions, and be given some tools to prepare their training sessions.
By the end of the course, the participants will be able to effectively explain how to complete a task, while using props to demonstrate the idea. It will be interactive and centered on the learner. Trainers will be able to provide feedback in an objective, sensitive way and develop their level of confidence.
